Probe Pressure
3300 5 mm and 3300 XL 8 mm probes are designed to seal differential pressure between the probe tip and case. The probe sealing material consists of a Viton? O-ring. Probes are not pressuretested prior to shipment. Contact our custom design department if you require a test of the pressure seal for your application. Note: It is the responsibility of the customer or user to ensure that all liquids and gases are contained and safely controlled should leakage occur from a proximity probe. In addition, solutions with high or low pH values may erode the tip assembly of the probe causing media leakage into surrounding areas. Bently Nevada Corporation will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from leaking proximity probes. In addition, 3300 5 mm and 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probes will not be replaced under the service plan due to probe leakage.The aluminum probe mounting bracket is the standard mounting bracket for most 3300 and 3300 XL probe installations. The -01 and -02 options are supplied with two 10-24 UNC-2A mounting screws. The -03 and -04 options are supplied with two M5 x 0.8-6g mounting screws. The mounting screws have predrilled holes for safety wire.The phenolic mounting bracket is recommended if additional electric isolation from the mounting location is required (as in some generator and electrical motor bearing locations). The mounting screws have predrilled holes for safety wire.
The UMT 1 is a measuring transducer for true RMS values.
The UMT 1 can measure an electrical three-phase system with current and voltage measuring inputs. The primary measured values are calculated and displayed on the two-line, 16 character LC Display, and also transmitted by either analog outputs (configurable as -20 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, or 4 to 20 mA) or a communication interface to a higher level-control system. The primary measured values of voltage and current are used to calculate the values for real, reactive, and apparent power, power factor (cosphi), kWh, and kvarh. The kWh and kVarh can also be transmitted by using an pulse output. The list of measured values includes The 07KR51-HSB is based on the basic 50 series central units. This version of 50 series central unit with redundancy firmware can be used in hot stand-by functionalities on CS31. The meaning is that a hot stand-by remote central unit can handle directly all inputs and outputs on CS31 bus if the hot stand-by master shuts down, without any discontinuity on the process. The hot stand-by remote central unit is only a reading of all inputs on the CS31 bus and it executes its own program without any output assignment. The user program in both central units can be different (for example to implement a shutdown sequence). In case of an error in the hot standby master central unit, the hot stand-by remote central unit will take over within a maximum of 3 cycle times.
