在水電解氫氣和氧氣的設(shè)備中,也存在開(kāi)關(guān)電源的輸出端有倒灌電壓現(xiàn)象。
下面以這三種情況的倒灌電壓為例,給出開(kāi)關(guān)電源在此情況下的危害和解決方案。
例一:開(kāi)關(guān)電源在直流充電樁中的應(yīng)用的輸出端防倒灌電壓解決方案:
市場(chǎng)對(duì)新能源汽車電池充電和BMS配電系統(tǒng)有較高的要求。為給不同類型的汽車充電,要求直流充電樁中的輔助電源具有12V和24V兩種電壓值。大巴車充電系統(tǒng)的輔助電壓源供電采用24V供電,而小汽車充電系統(tǒng)的輔助電壓源供電電壓采用12V電壓值。
3HAC026271-001機(jī)器人模塊,3HAC027648-00102產(chǎn)品重量在電源設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),輸出電壓為12V的開(kāi)關(guān)電源的輸出端濾波電解電容耐壓值一般選取16V的規(guī)格值,一旦24V電壓倒灌到電源的輸出端,相當(dāng)于把24V電壓加到16V電解電容兩端,電解電容會(huì)因?yàn)檫^(guò)壓損壞,導(dǎo)致12V的開(kāi)關(guān)電源失效。針對(duì)直流充電樁設(shè)備,我司有分立式方案和集中式方案兩種解決方案:針對(duì)分立式應(yīng)用方案(兩只開(kāi)關(guān)電源,一只輸出12V,一只輸出24V),把輸出電壓為12V的開(kāi)關(guān)電源產(chǎn)品中的輸出濾波電解電容規(guī)格值選用35V。即使在輸出端倒灌24V電壓值,電解電容也在耐壓規(guī)格值內(nèi),不存在電解電容過(guò)壓損壞對(duì)于集中式應(yīng)用方案(把12V和24V兩種輸出電壓集成在一個(gè)電源產(chǎn)品中,通過(guò)開(kāi)關(guān)檔位選擇輸出電壓):輸出端的電解電容是共用電解電容,因此輸出端的濾波電解電容耐壓值選取為63V的規(guī)格值,即使輸出端存在60VDC的倒灌電壓,也不會(huì)損壞輸出濾波電解電容,保證濾波電解電容可靠工作,從而保證輸出端存在倒灌電壓時(shí),開(kāi)關(guān)電源也不會(huì)損壞。由于開(kāi)關(guān)電源在正常工作時(shí),輸出電流是通過(guò)二極管流入到負(fù)載。電流流過(guò)時(shí),二極管會(huì)因?qū)▔航诞a(chǎn)生功率損耗,使得二極管發(fā)熱。為防止二極管發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞,一般二極管的電流規(guī)格選取電源額定輸出電流的(5-10)Io,并且可以在二極管上增加散熱片,以降低二極管工作時(shí)的溫升。在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域或醫(yī)療輔助等行業(yè),需要使用到氧氣或氫氣情況,部分客戶對(duì)于氧氣和氫氣的生產(chǎn)采用水電解實(shí)現(xiàn)。但是水電解完成后,氧氣和氫氣會(huì)發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),在生成水的同時(shí)對(duì)外放電,此放電電壓會(huì)倒灌到系統(tǒng)前端的開(kāi)關(guān)電源輸出端,導(dǎo)致開(kāi)關(guān)電源存在倒灌電壓/電流,影響開(kāi)關(guān)電源的正常工作。開(kāi)關(guān)電源輸出端在接入不同的負(fù)載時(shí),由于負(fù)載特性,系統(tǒng)在工作時(shí),負(fù)載可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生電壓,此電壓倒灌到開(kāi)關(guān)電源的輸出端,影響電源和系統(tǒng)正常工作,甚至?xí)p壞開(kāi)關(guān)電源。本文根據(jù)開(kāi)關(guān)電源在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程中的三個(gè)案例,通過(guò)對(duì)倒灌電壓產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理分析,給出不同的防倒灌電壓解決方案。is enough to meet the requirements of the control system.
