接觸器殼架越大,控制電路的成本占比越低。從長遠(yuǎn)來看,采用第三代接觸器的成本是更低的,因為第三代接觸器更節(jié)能更省電,更符合國家的節(jié)能減排政策。
2.電路板體積大,接觸器結(jié)構(gòu)需重新設(shè)計目前所采用的控制器一般為單片機(jī),整個電路的體積較為復(fù)雜。單片機(jī)供電電壓一般為3.3V或5V,為從母線高壓取電,需要供電電路;驅(qū)動MOS管還需要驅(qū)動電路;單片機(jī)正常工作還需要一定的外圍電路。假如控制電路板體積太大,就很難放進(jìn)去傳統(tǒng)接觸器里面,接觸器必須重新設(shè)計。

以前的空心桿加熱技術(shù),采用工頻加熱,因負(fù)載為單相,需要有一個獨立的 變壓器,將三相輸入變?yōu)閱蜗噍敵?,造成三相電網(wǎng)的不平衡,功率因數(shù)低,電能消耗大,對電網(wǎng)的污染大,加熱效果不明顯,造成電能的極大浪費。因此,需要探討一種先進(jìn)的加熱方式,以提高 功效,增強(qiáng)加熱效果。經(jīng)過多方試驗,采用現(xiàn)已掌握的較成熟的變頻技術(shù),為該加熱裝置提供一種新的變頻電源—PI500-I系列中頻加熱電源。
