用塞尺檢測點(diǎn)2出動(dòng)、靜鐵芯間隙A(0.33mm-0.35mm)(0.33mm塞尺通過,0.36mm塞尺不通過)(如檢測點(diǎn)示意圖),若不符合要求,松開螺母Ⅳ,微調(diào)螺栓Ⅲ(太大,順時(shí)針擰緊螺栓Ⅲ;太小,逆時(shí)針?biāo)砷_螺栓Ⅲ)使動(dòng)靜盤間隙滿足要求,鎖緊螺母Ⅳ(如調(diào)整示意圖)。
c)用塞尺復(fù)檢動(dòng)靜盤間隙,反復(fù)調(diào)整至滿足要求為止,并保證間隙均勻。
d)用塞尺檢測點(diǎn)3、點(diǎn)4處動(dòng)靜盤間隙偏差≤0.1mm。
1.2 手動(dòng)松閘調(diào)整
CI801通訊模塊a) 推動(dòng)手柄,檢查手柄左、右擺動(dòng)自由行程為18-28mm,若不符合要求,松開螺釘M5X10和墊圈5;擰下螺母M10(兩件,靠外側(cè))和墊圈10,再卸下調(diào)整杠桿和復(fù)位簧;調(diào)整螺母M10(緊貼手柄)(太大,順時(shí)針擰緊螺母M10;太小,逆時(shí)針?biāo)砷_螺母M10),滿足手柄左右擺動(dòng)自由行程的要求。
b) 裝上復(fù)位簧與調(diào)整杠桿,用螺母M10涂上可賽新1243螺紋膠連同墊圈10將調(diào)整杠桿固定于件推拉桿上,在螺釘M5X10對應(yīng)螺孔涂上可賽新1243螺紋膠,用螺釘M5X20連同墊圈5將調(diào)整杠桿緊固。再將螺母M10涂上可賽新1243螺紋膠鎖緊。
1.3 制動(dòng)器噪音調(diào)整
a) 用扳手(10mm)擰松螺母M6,用內(nèi)六角扳手(3mm)順時(shí)針擰緊螺栓M6,大約擰過角度為60°。
b) 用相同的方法調(diào)整其他的3個(gè)螺栓。
c) 復(fù)檢制動(dòng)器的運(yùn)行噪音,如還是不符合要求,重復(fù)以上步驟。
d) 保證制動(dòng)器的啟動(dòng)電壓不超額定電壓的80%。
e) 用扳手(10mm)鎖緊螺母M6,在螺栓和螺母處用紅漆封固。
1.4 制動(dòng)器微動(dòng)開關(guān)的調(diào)整
a)用扳手(7mm)擰松鎖緊螺母M4和螺栓M4X50。
b) 涂適量樂泰271在螺栓上。
