中百物流江夏倉(cāng)于2020年啟動(dòng)智慧工廠建設(shè),投入使用潛伏AMR(移動(dòng)機(jī)器人)111臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了2、3、4樓庫(kù)區(qū)C類品貨到人揀選,1樓B、C類商品合單后集貨、發(fā)運(yùn)全流程由AMR轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn),大大降低了工人揀選的難度和勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,節(jié)省了人力成本。

2 design principle of control system
In this paper, the circular screen printing machine is a 12 axis printing machine. The 12 axis circular screen needs position synchronous color registration. In the acceleration and deceleration process of the host machine, the 12 axis printing stick needs to be followed accurately and synchronously. When the chromatic shift occurs, the axis position needs to be adjusted in real time. The main control requirements are as follows:
2.1 12 axis synchronous following control
The printing stick needs to be synchronized with the speed of the rubber guide belt, which is driven by the frequency converter and controlled by the main motor through a 1 / 25.5 reducer. The resolution of the main encoder is 1024p / R, and the following motor is installed behind the main shaft. Connect the encoder signal to x0 of ah10pm 8 and x0 9 terminal, ah10pm can have 6 axes, so two ah10pm are required, and the encoder signal can be connected to the two ah10pm terminals. The motion program of master-slave electronic gear relationship can be established in ah10pm.
2.2 separate operation of network head
After printing, the guide belt and round screen need to be cleaned, and 12 screen heads need to run separately when the guide belt is not running. This function allows 12 mesh heads to follow the virtual spindle by establishing the virtual spindle in ah10pm. The virtual spindle performs jog or variable speed movement. Because the master-slave relationship is established between the 12 axes and the virtual spindle, the 12 mesh heads will follow the virtual spindle.
