UCD224A103使用說明自投不自復(fù)模式:其工作方式和自投自復(fù)類似,但只有當(dāng)備用電源也出現(xiàn)故障時才自動返回到常用電源,否則將一直由備用電源給負(fù)載供電。
(3)電網(wǎng)-發(fā)電機模式:當(dāng)常用電源發(fā)生故障時,控制器輸出發(fā)電機啟動命令,經(jīng)短暫延時后斷開常用電源,此時負(fù)載由發(fā)電機供電;當(dāng)常用電源恢復(fù)正常時,控制器輸出發(fā)電機停機命令同時電源自動切換到常用電源上,負(fù)載返回到由常用電源供電模式。
在手動模式下,電源不能自動切換而需要人為操作,主要有常用電源供電、備用電源供電和斷電再扣方式。
UCD224A103模塊常用電源供電:強制常用斷路器閉合,備用斷路器斷開。
備用電源供電:強制備用斷路器閉合,常用斷路器斷開。
斷電再扣:同時強制斷開常用斷路器和備用斷路器或是閉合因故障而斷開的所有斷路器。
二、PLC的應(yīng)用
PLC控制系統(tǒng),Programmable Logic Controller,是專為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)設(shè)計的一種數(shù)字運算操作的電子裝置,它采用一類可編程的存儲器,用于其內(nèi)部存儲程序,執(zhí)行邏輯運算,順序控制,定時,計數(shù)與算術(shù)操作等面向用戶的指令,并通過數(shù)字或模擬式輸入/輸出控制各種類型的機械或生產(chǎn)過程。是工業(yè)控制的核心部分。PLC具有高可靠性、抗干擾能力強、功能強大、靈活,易學(xué)易用、體積小,重量輕等特點。
目前,PLC控制器在國內(nèi)外已廣泛應(yīng)用于鋼鐵、石油、化工、電力、建材、機械制造、汽車、輕紡、交通運輸、環(huán)保及文化娛樂等各個行業(yè),使用情況大致可歸納為如下幾類:開關(guān)量的邏輯控制、模擬量控制、運動控制、過程控制、數(shù)據(jù)處理、通信及聯(lián)網(wǎng)等。而雙電源開關(guān)主要是通過開關(guān)量來控制執(zhí)行機構(gòu)(斷路器)實現(xiàn)切換電源的目的,用PLC來代替雙電源控制器,功能是完全可以滿足的。
三、基于PLC的雙電源控制方案設(shè)計
如上圖,采用PLC控制雙電源時,分別用常用電源跟備用電源的三相U1、V1、W1和U2、V2、W2各接一個中間繼電器,中間繼電器常開觸點信號再接到PLC的開關(guān)量輸入端,當(dāng)PLC檢測到某一相的中間繼電器觸點斷開時就判定該相缺相,若三相中繼觸點同時斷開,則說明該路電源失電。 PLC檢測到常用電源缺相或者失電時,PLC發(fā)出啟動發(fā)電機信號,同時斷開QF1,閉合QF2,切換到備用電源供電;當(dāng)常用側(cè)電源恢復(fù)正常,則PLC發(fā)出發(fā)電機停止信號,同時斷開QF2,閉合QF1,將電源切換到常用電源供電。
