稱重傳感器勵磁錯誤
?檢查電纜是否正確連接到電子設備。
?如果使用單側(cè)測量，并且只有稱重傳感器A或稱重傳感器B連接到電子設備，檢查端子X1:7和X1:8之間是否連接有短路導線，或X1:3和X1:4。
–關閉張力電子設備并測量端子X1:3之間的電阻和X1:8。
電阻>8歐姆：
檢查電子設備和稱重傳感器之間的總電纜電阻是否超過5歐姆。如果電纜電阻不超過5歐姆，檢查電纜和負載細胞。
3BHE032025R0101控制卡件電阻<7歐姆：
如果布線正確，則表明電子設備可能存在缺陷。
更換PFEA111/112。

6.8.2.1 Profibus通信問題
檢查：?總線正確端接。
?Profibus地址。
?電纜和連接器。6.8.2.2同步問題
檢查電纜和屏蔽。
如果布線正確，則張力電子設備可能存在故障。
更換PFEA111/112
4 Load Cell Excitation Error
? Check that cables are correctly connected to the electronics.
? If single side measurement is used and only load cell A or load cell B is connected to the
electronics, check that a shorting wire is connected between terminals X1:7 and X1:8 or
X1:3 and X1:4.
– Switch off the tension electronics and measure the resistance between terminals X1:3
and X1:8.
The resistance is > 8 ohm:
Check that the total cable resistance between electronics and load cells does not
exceed 5 ohm. If cable resistance does not exceed 5 ohm, check cabling and load
cells.
The resistance is < 7 ohm:
If cabling is correct, the electronics is probably defect.
Replace PFEA111/112.
6.8.2 Warnings
6.8.2.1 Profibus Communication Problem
Check:
? that the bus is correctly terminated.
? the Profibus address.
? cabling and connectors.
6.8.2.2 Synchronization Problem
Check the cabling and shield.
If the cabling is correct the tension electronics is probably defect.
