液位遙測系統(tǒng)采用分散采集,集中控制的設計理念,對相應艙室的液位、液貨艙的溫度以及四角吃水等進行檢測與報警。由于所需采集的信號分布廣,數(shù)量與種類多,因此所有的信號都通過安裝在各個采集箱中的WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750系列模擬量輸入模塊進行采集,保證所采集信號的準確性。再通過ETHERNET現(xiàn)場總線適配器與安裝在貨控臺的PLC主站通信,將所采集的信號發(fā)送到PLC的CPU模塊。CPU經(jīng)過運算將控制信號I/O模塊,實現(xiàn)遠程控制。該系統(tǒng)通過采集獨立的報警信號,對液貨艙、污水艙、壓載水艙等艙室的高液位及高高液位信號進行報警。采用WAGO萬可獨立的750-881系列PLC作為控制器,QUICKPANEL VIEW系列的觸摸屏作為HMI,構成了一個相對獨立的控制系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)相應報警信號的顯示和控制。A standard safety bus system can be realized only through the software layer.
