本地地調(diào)已建成地調(diào)電量采集主站系統(tǒng),并上線運(yùn)行,具備接入用戶關(guān)口表表碼上傳的接入條件。供電公司調(diào)控中心要求各并網(wǎng)火電廠、風(fēng)電場(chǎng)、水電廠、用戶變電站投資建設(shè)一套電量采集終端,采用IEC60870-5-102通信協(xié)議,通過(guò)調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)非實(shí)時(shí)通道將關(guān)口表表碼上傳至地調(diào)電量采集主站系統(tǒng)。再由地調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)至蒙東省調(diào)網(wǎng)損在線計(jì)算分析系統(tǒng)。
3BSC980004R784工控卡件,DATX110數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為滿足本地地調(diào)建設(shè)電量采集系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)要求,針對(duì)公司現(xiàn)有關(guān)口電量上傳現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備作了技術(shù)改造,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)電能數(shù)據(jù)成功上傳地調(diào),滿足了供電公司建設(shè)電量采集系統(tǒng)的要求。
2 現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)及電量上傳現(xiàn)狀
公司現(xiàn)有電力調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)已建成投運(yùn),具備實(shí)時(shí)通道和非實(shí)時(shí)通道,現(xiàn)有總調(diào)相關(guān)遙測(cè)、遙信數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)通道將浮點(diǎn)值上傳至地調(diào),非實(shí)時(shí)通道處于空閑狀態(tài),即只要有電度數(shù)據(jù)接入,即可通過(guò)該通道將準(zhǔn)實(shí)時(shí)電度數(shù)據(jù)上傳地調(diào)電量采集主站系統(tǒng)。
現(xiàn)有電力調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)示意圖見下圖1。
按地調(diào)要求,需要接入的電量數(shù)據(jù)有總降進(jìn)線、發(fā)電機(jī)出線等,目前公司總降進(jìn)線、發(fā)電機(jī)出線、熱電出線電度表RS—485通信口接線示意圖,見下圖2。
圖2中,每塊電度表有兩個(gè)RS—585通信口,分別被綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、iES—E50電能量遠(yuǎn)方終端、無(wú)線雙向終端占用:電度表3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10通信口1及電度表1、2通信口2通過(guò)屏蔽RS485通信線連接綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)前置機(jī)MOXA串口15通信(DLT-645規(guī)約),電度表3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10通信口2及電度表1、2通信口1與iES—E50電能量遠(yuǎn)方終端通信,電能量遠(yuǎn)方終端通過(guò)撥號(hào)方式連接PCM設(shè)備、傳輸設(shè)備與電業(yè)局計(jì)量中心計(jì)量主站系統(tǒng)通信。
