供電需求:系統(tǒng)主要的變化在于增加了協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換的功能,因此新增的供電電源的需求主要是給各類通訊口、主控系統(tǒng)供電① 主控系統(tǒng)供電需求:
12V需求:上行通信模塊+下行通信模塊,合計(jì)約需3.3W。
5V需求:USB供電需求供電電流100mA。
3.3V需求:主系統(tǒng)按照3.3V/200mA計(jì)算。

主M-BUS:共2路,每一路帶128塊表計(jì),功率約需20W。
從M-BUS:從MBUS芯片供電從MBUS總線上汲取,隔離光耦供電可以從MBUS芯片上取,因此從MBUS電路無需額外電源。
2路485供電:功率約需0.5W。
對(duì)外供電12V:帶載能力不小于1A,此路電源與主M-BUS電源共地且不同時(shí)工作。供電方案介紹:如上圖3所示左側(cè)為主控系統(tǒng)供電。其中MCU及USB口的供電均采用自搭降壓方案降壓后提供;上下行通訊模塊的供電則直接由AC-DC電源LO26-22D3612-04的12V輸出電壓提供。框圖右側(cè)為通信接口供電。MBUS總線的供電直接由AC-DC電源LO26-22D3612-04的36V輸出提供;12V對(duì)外輸出供電則通過自搭降壓方案降壓后對(duì)外輸出;485通訊的供電也通過36V自搭降壓后提供。
供電方案的優(yōu)勢(shì):從方案圖上可以看到,雖然供電的電壓需求種類繁多,但是需要隔離的主要是主控系統(tǒng)與通訊接口之間。因此設(shè)計(jì)中我們選用的電源是12V與36V間隔離輸出的方案,其他的地方都采用自搭降壓的方式提供。輸出2路之間的隔離電壓高達(dá)4000VAC,同時(shí)220VAC交流輸入端口對(duì)兩路直流輸出端口的隔離電壓高達(dá)4500VAC。這樣的方案大大的降低了電源模塊的體積,同時(shí)提升了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的性價(jià)比。路輸出之間的高絕緣耐壓要求,苛刻的成本要求,完善的保護(hù)特性要求。
