在接近停止周期的最后階段，連桿的上端在到達A點后，XPSMC即啟動停止行程，機構(gòu)緩緩動作，最后在到達上死點時完全停止。在上死點之后，允許的最大超程角度為10o。XPSMC能立刻檢測出超程情況的發(fā)生。此時必須選擇單次模式使模塊回到上死點處，同時，禁止下一個周期的啟動。
CR-GEN0-M6400R3工業(yè)相機,DALSA使用過程 2）監(jiān)控連桿機構(gòu)在一個周期運行中的危險階段。當連桿的上端位于上死點（0o）和C點（約TDC后的150o）之間，如果安全光幕監(jiān)測任何對工作區(qū)的入侵，XPSMC控制器即時給出停止命令，使壓力機立刻停止運行。若停止命令在安全點（C點）之后給出，壓力機則完成此次下壓并回到上死點。
如下圖所示，凸輪的幾個關(guān)鍵位置由限位開關(guān)來檢測，凸輪片1與限位開關(guān)OTS相連；凸輪片2與限位開關(guān)UN相連（出于安全考慮，限位開關(guān)必須位于不同的凸輪片上）。其中：
1 停止區(qū)域
2 危險區(qū)域（滑塊下壓時）
3 非危險區(qū)域（滑塊上行時）
S 允許的超程量
A 觸發(fā)停止命令點
B 超過允許超程量的臨界點（若在B點以后下達停止命令，壓力機將被鎖?。?/p>
C 接受點，一旦連桿上端超過此點，它就會完成此次下壓周期并且最后停止在上死點。
基于XPSMC的機械壓力機的安全解決方案
根據(jù)實際生產(chǎn)中的安全需要，XPSMC提供了以下四種預制的操作模式：調(diào)整模式、單次模式、連續(xù)模式和連續(xù)自動模式。
需要說明的是，在這四個模式中，啟動命令都是由雙手操作臺給出。而停止命令既可能由雙手操作臺給出，也有可能和其它的安全產(chǎn)品相關(guān)聯(lián)，如：
安全光幕、安全門等。

在此模式下，OTS、UN、PSV1和PVS2（閥狀態(tài)檢測傳感器）都不起監(jiān)控作用。閥的輸出僅和雙手控制臺按鈕的狀態(tài)有關(guān)，無論此時滑塊處于什么位置，都有：
當雙手控制臺的兩個蘑菇頭按鈕同時被按下并保持按下狀態(tài)時，閥的輸出為高電平，表現(xiàn)為滑塊運動；
