降低故障率，提高應(yīng)急搶修能力，延續(xù)產(chǎn)品生命周期以及數(shù)字化新運維等為立足點，幫助客戶解決過往面臨的痛點問題，得到了客戶的高度認(rèn)可。由于春節(jié)期間紙業(yè)市場形勢大好，生產(chǎn)任務(wù)緊，原定在春節(jié)期間的的大修因此取消，但春節(jié)期間要保障設(shè)備連續(xù)生產(chǎn)不停機(jī)，而龍豐紙業(yè)庫存?zhèn)浼殖霈F(xiàn)了短缺，為此丹佛斯快速協(xié)調(diào)各部門合作，趕在春節(jié)前完成了備件交付，確保設(shè)備在節(jié)日期間穩(wěn)定運行。
DO810數(shù)字輸出模塊不僅如此，由于大修取消，維保人員只能利用每月一天的小修更換備件。為了加快推進(jìn)首次維保，丹佛斯十多位技術(shù)骨干與龍豐紙業(yè)技術(shù)人員一對一在線培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)，在24小時內(nèi)完成了高風(fēng)險工位的15臺變頻器交流風(fēng)扇的更新，提高效率的同時培訓(xùn)了客戶的維保能力。

龍豐紙業(yè)及白云紙業(yè)的主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和技術(shù)骨干還來到丹佛斯蘇州ADC（應(yīng)用研發(fā)中心）參加了為期3天由丹佛斯為其量身定制的專項維保培訓(xùn)。通過理論講解、實際操作相結(jié)合的形式，龍豐紙業(yè)及白云紙業(yè)的技術(shù)骨干加深了對 VACON? 產(chǎn)品軟硬件的認(rèn)識，提高了技術(shù)能力，同時加深了跟廠家的互動，為后續(xù)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備維保增加了更多信心。并網(wǎng)變流控制技術(shù)基于VACON? NXP 平臺硬件，它集AFE，u-grid(微網(wǎng))以及Island(孤島)應(yīng)用集一身，使電力電子控制在新能源應(yīng)用中完美地體現(xiàn)其強(qiáng)大的功能和未來發(fā)展的前景。微網(wǎng)控制技術(shù)可以無縫并網(wǎng)，有功無功獨立控制，功率下垂（Drooping）等控制模式使得變頻器像發(fā)電機(jī)一樣，在船舶混合動力以及新能源中獨樹一幟。孤島應(yīng)用技術(shù)可以將直流轉(zhuǎn)換成需要的頻率和電壓的低諧波的交流電源。三個模式集于一體，靈活切換，覆蓋了目前市場所有的應(yīng)用。
在此套混合動力驅(qū)動柜中，所有的模塊都是基于VACON? NXP 平臺，針對不同的應(yīng)用選取了不同的應(yīng)用軟件。相同的硬件，底層軟件平臺，配合不同的應(yīng)用下載選取不同的應(yīng)用宏，使得丹佛斯VACON?技術(shù)在直流組網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中在實際使用中靈活，簡單，對后期的設(shè)備維護(hù)，更新也體現(xiàn)了方便性。

According to the needs of users, delta team provided a control system scheme composed of three-axis motion controller dvp20pm00m series, 10 inch man-machine interface dop-b series, servo driver asda-b2 series and single axis positioning module, which achieved good results after being put into the market.
Among them, delta motion control host dvp20pm00m is a three-axis interpolation and positioning control host with RS485 communication interface, which can realize three-axis spiral interpolation, three-axis linear interpolation, any two-axis linear interpolation and circular arc interpolation. Its multi-stage speed execution and interrupted positioning function can realize smooth movement and accurate positioning. The unique chasing and shearing function can control the speed of the pouring trolley to track the grinding tool and accurately inject chocolate liquid. In addition, the matched DELTA servo driver asda-b2 can complete the precise positioning control with high response and high performance. Its speed response bandwidth is 550hz and the command setting time can be less than 1ms, which can easily meet the requirements of fast response and high precision in chocolate pouring. Moreover, delta man-machine interface is user-friendly and easy to operate.
